2. If there is electricity, fill the machine with water during the next work. The condition for water injection is that all control switches are normal and in normal working state. If water is not injected, we need to check: Are the door magnetic switches, limit switches, overload switches, water level switches, etc. not closed or abnormal? Is it damaged? Is the water injection component faulty: solenoid valve, pressure reducing valve, etc.?
3. After the water level of the water tank is normal, the water in the tank will be heated during the next work of the machine. If this process fails, you need to check: Is the heating tube normal? Is the temperature control unit normal? Is the water level control switch normal? Is the thermal protection switch normal? Does the power contactor supply power normally?
4. If the above preparatory work can be completed normally, the machine will enter the standby state before work. Turn on or press the start switch or button.
